Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, are not present. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents submits that prayer made in this writ petition has rendered infructuous since petitioner has sought relief that his candidature for appointment on the post of Trainee Teacher in pursuance of TET Examination, 2011 may be considered. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, relief sought cannot be granted after such a long period and it may be a reason that counsel for petitioner or petitioner is not taking care of this case. 4. Dismissed accordingly. 5. However, petitioner will have liberty to file recall or review application, as the case may be, if cause still survives, within eight weeks from today.
