Central Bureau of Investigation and Others, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. To which there is no objection by learned AGA. In view of above, this application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid. It is needless to say that in case the applicants appear before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today and claim the benefit of the judgment passed in Satendra Kumar Antill Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Others, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825, the concerned court is to consider the same in accordance with law.
