Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit him as seasonal work on the post of Collection Peon in Tehsil Bharthana, District Etawah on the basis of seniority list dated 8.7.2020. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.1.2025 which are still pending before the respondent no. 2 and 3 for consideration." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been allotted work as Seasonal Collection Peon although the person junior to the petitioner have been allotted work. In this respect, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 10.1.2025. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that representation of the petitioner dated 10.1.2025 pending before respondent Nos.2 and 3 be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of forty five days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
