He, based upon the instructions, stated that the case in issue has already been decided by the Court concerned vide order dated 24.01.2025 and as such, present application has no force and therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed. Upon due consideration of aforesaid, this Court finds that present application has no force and it is accordingly dismissed.
