Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the DRT, Allahabad. 2. It is stated that the petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the DRT, Allahabad for which a restoration application has been filed, however, as the DRT, Allahabad is not sitting, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. The proper remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the DRAT for hearing the matter or transfer of the matter to an appropriate DRT. 4. In case such an application is filed, the DRAT shall dispose off the same in accordance with law. 5. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
