Act), Lakhimpur Kheri vide Bail Application No.-178/2025 rejecting the ball application of the appellant in Crime No. 125/2025, U/s 3(5), 88, 103(1), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. & 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(2)V, 3(2)V-a of the S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Palia Kotwali, District- Lakhimpur Kheri and release the appellant on bail during the pendency of his trial." On account of some formal defects crept in this appeal, Sri Atul Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh appeal with proper prayer(s), pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
