Issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to ensure the release of detenue from illegal custody of respondent no. 4 and set her free to live in company of her own choice, in the interest of justice, in the interest of justice." Taking note of the fact that petitioner has already approached the court concerned by means of filing petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'Act of 1955'), indicated therein that his wife has left her matrimonial home on account of matrimonial dispute/discord, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy already availed.
