Colney, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 6, 7 & 8 (MeECL) has drawn the attention of this Court to the Annexure-5 of the affidavit filed on their behalf, which shows that the dispute with regard to the apportionment of compensation has since been referred to the Reference Court, at Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh. 2026:MLHC:21 2. Similarly, Ms. Z.E. Nongkynrih, learned GA for the respondents Nos. 2, 4 & 5, has reiterated this submission and this point has been also highlighted in their affidavit. 3. Mr. H.R. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner therefore, prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition to pursue the matter before the concerned Reference Court at Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh. 4.
