Nil The Court made the following Order: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order dated 27.03.2025, allowing the I.A.No.5 of 2025 in O.S No.33 of 2017 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, filed by the petitioner / defendant No.6, under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C r/w Rule 28 of Civil Rules of Practice to amend the representative description of petitioner / defendant No.6 temple in plaint, by replacing “Rep. by its chairman S.Yellappa” with “Rep. by its Executive Officer” wherever it is necessary, due to change of circumstances, as shown in the petition schedule. 2 C.R.P.No.1046 of 2025 2.
