Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction to the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated on 05.07.2025 lodged by the opposite party No-3 vide crime no. 0283 of 2025 u/s 105 B.N.S., P.S Mill Area, District Raebareli (Contained as Annexure no. 1). It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the only role that has been assigned to the petitioner is of beating up the deceased with kicks and fists, however, from perusal of the F.I.R. we find that the victim died as a result of beating by the accused. Instructions sent by Sri Dharmendra Singh, S.I., P.S. Mill Area, Raebareli, are taken on record. From perusal of the F.I.R. as well as instructions we do not find any good ground for interference in this case. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. (Brij Raj Singh, J.)
