In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents are hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to State respondent to decide the stay application filed in Appeal No. C202510000002071 (Shiv Prakash and others Vs., Onkar and others) U/S 331(3) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act which is pending before respondent No. 2 since 16.05.2025 expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 2, considers and decides the the aforesaid application in a time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Accordingly, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, without entering into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 - Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow to consider and decide stay application filed in Appeal No. C202510000002071 (Shiv Prakash and others Vs., Onkar and others) U/S 331(3) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within a period of six weeks from the date sufficiency of service is received with regard to the respondents in accordance with law, in case there is no legal impediment. (Alok Mathur, J.)
