The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.11.2024, seeking police aid for implementation of the order passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Jammalamadugu, in I.A. No. 34 of 2024 in O.S. No. 17 of 2024, dated 13.09.2024. However, the police have not acted upon the said representation. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the said representation was not received. 4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 5th respondent in person. Upon receipt of such representation, the 5th respondent shall consider it in accordance with Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. There shall be no order as to costs.
