The issue raised in this proceedings was whether Ex-servicemen quota has been provided for the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental). It is specifically stated that two posts have been earmarked for Ex-servicemen category. 3. In view of the same, the order of interim injunction granted by the learned single Judge is set aside.
