Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J. 1. Heard. 2. Petitioner wants enforcement of an interim order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the appellate court under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. The revenue court is competent to get its order enforced and a constitutional court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not the forum to execute the orders of additional commissioner passed in appeal. The allegation is that after the status quo order on 27.06.2025 by the appellate court, the opposite party no.8 in connivance with the police authorities tilled the field and thus changed the status quo. How far it is violation of status quo and what was the status quo as on 27.06.2025 are factual issues which will have to be seen by Additional Commissioner where the appeal is pending. 4. Let the petitioner move an application before the Additional Commissioner who shall take cognizance of it, call for a report from the district authorities, hear out the respondent in appeal, conduct such inquiry as may be necessary on the judicial side and pass appropriate orders but with expedition say within one month. 5.
