In this case, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA were heard when the case was taken up in the morning, as fresh. Learned counsel for the revisionist, on a query, had requested for pass over for some time, therefore the case was directed to be taken up at 12:00 P.M. The cases was called at 12:00 P.M. but none appeared, therefore, it was called again at 02:15 P.M. and then at 04:10 P.M. before rising, but none appeared on behalf of the revisionist. In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter. The application for condonation of delay is dismissed for non prosecution.
