Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Sudhanshu Tripathi, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging the appointment of selected candidate on the post of Aganwadi Worker for the center concerned. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 18.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner's candidature was rejected on account of the fact that her income certificate submitted alongwith the application was issued prior to six months from the date of advertisement. 4. Upon consideration of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and perusal of material on record, particularly the advertisement, it is evident that condition of advertisement stipulated that income certificate submitted by a candidate is required to be within a period of six months from the date of advertisement dated 26.09.2024 whereas the income certificate submitted by petitioner is dated 29.06.2023. 5. It is evident that petitioner has not challenged the aforesaid condition of advertisement and would, therefore, be bound by the same. 6. In view thereof, petitioner's application not being in conformity with the stipulations of advertisement, there is no occasion to grant indulgence in the present writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage itself. Parties to bear their own cost.
