Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.06.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.175 of 2019 on the file of the Orvakal Police Station, Kurnool District for the offences under Section 188, 294B, 506 r/w 34 IPC and investigating into the case. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed that the respondent Police are not registering a case on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.06.2019. 4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition as the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4 5.
