Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of recovery initiated by respondent No.4. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent, based upon the instructions, states that an amount of Rs.2,15,042/- is due and payable by the petitioner as on 31.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sometime to repay the said amount. 5. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting to pay the amount of Rs.2,15,042/- plus the accrued interest in three installments of Rs.71,000/- each. The first installment shall be payable on or before 30th September, 2025, second on 30th December, 2025 and last on 30th March, 2026. The last installment shall include the overdue interests. 6. In the event of failure to pay of any installment, the respondent-Bank would be at liberty to recover the amount in accordance with law.
