Heard Sri Srees Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the applicant, as well as Sri Ashok Srivastava, the learned AGA for the State, and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant application, the applicant has sought quashing of the charge sheet dated 09.03.2024 filed in Case Crime No.0659 of 2023, under Sections 420, 447, 467, 468 and 471 IPC lodged at Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao as well as quashing of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unnao by means of which cognizance of the offence has been taken and the applicant has been summoned to face trial under the aforesaid sections of the IPC. 3. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he does not want to press the application and the applicant would like to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed, leaving the aforesaid open to the applicant.
