Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner, assailing her transfer order as Conductor from Tonk to Phalodi vide order dated 15.01.2025 along with other 240 Conductors, who have been transferred at different places, raising a grievance that petitioner is low paid employee and her husband as Constable is posted at Tonk. 2. However, after arguing the writ petition on merits, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty [2025:RJ-JP:16537] (2 of 2) [CW-5580/2025] to raise her grievance by way of submitting representation before the respondents. 3.
