It is evident from the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Writ Court in Writ A No.3743 of 2025 (Abhishek Yadav & 34 Ors. Vs. State of UP and Anr.) that a direction was issued to the authorities to grant applicants grade-pay as is being provided to similarly situated persons and also pay the arrears to the applicants within a period of four months from the date of order. As the four months have not been completed yet, therefore, the present application is premature and the same is liable to be dismissed. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present application and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh. 3. The prayer made is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
