Heard. 2. Petitioners' grievance is that the police authorities i.e. opposite party nos.4 and 5 are interfering with the rights of the petitioners in respect of the land in question. In any case, the police cannot interfere in such a matter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, however, has instructions to the effect that the some suit at the behest of father of opposite party nos.3 and 4 is still pending and the police is not interfering in the matter. 4. As far as the private parties herein are concerned, if there is any dispute, the remedy is not before the writ court nor is any relief sought in this writ petition. So far as police authorities are concerned, they can interfere in such matters only if there is a law and order problem, apprehension of breach of peace, apprehension of commission of any crime or it has actually been committed or there is order of any court to be complied or there are other valid grounds in any law/statue for their interfere. 5.
