ROSEDAR SRA The Court made the following: 3 TCDS,J C.R.P.No.895 of 2021 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.C.D.SEKHAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 895 of 2021 ORDER: The present revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 22.02.2021 passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2019 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District. 2. The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.182 of 2018 on the file of Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Kovur, seeking to pass judgment and decree in his favour against the respondents over the suit schedule property. It is the further case of the petitioner that along with the said suit, he has filed I.A.No.677 of 2018 seeking to grant injunction. Upon contest, the said application was allowed by order dated 07.06.2019. Further, questioning the said order, the respondents herein preferred the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and after hearing the parties, the same was allowed by order dated 22.02.2021. Questioning the said order, the present revision is filed. 3. This Court by order dated 18.08.2021, suspended the order passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2019 and the said order is subsisting till today. 4. Having considered the submissions made by the counsel on either side, with the consent of both the parties, without going into the 4 TCDS,J C.R.P.No.895 of 2021 merits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.182 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. It is needless to mention that the injunction granted by the trial Court on 07.06.2019 in I.A.No.677 of 2018 shall continue till the disposal of the suit. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
