Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner confined his prayer to the extent that the committee has already been constituted in the matter, hence a direction be given to the disciplinary authorities concerned to conclude the inquiry initiated against the petitioner, expeditiously. 3. On the other hand it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the final decision be taken by the respondent no.2 within a month. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. With the consent of counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 2 namely District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to conclude the inquiry initiated against the petitioner most expeditiously strictly in accordance with law within a period of one month from today and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment. 6. The Registrar Compliance is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar within three days.
