Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. 1. Heard. 2. As the recovery certificate is not being given effect by the concerned Authorities at Lucknow, hence, this petition. 3. The learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority says that the calculation of amount in the recovery certificate is erroneous. If it is so then the remedy lies elsewhere not before this Court. 4. The certificate was issued in the year 2023 and today the learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority informs this Court that the calculation of the amount is erroneous. 5. We see no reason to accept this plea in these proceedings leaving it open for the Lucknow Development Authority to approach U.P. Rera Authority as far as it may be permissible in law. 6. We direct the Revenue Authorities to execute the recovery certificate at the earliest within a period of two months provided there is no legal impediment. 7. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
