Sheshram, currently pending before court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Utraula Balrampur, with respect gata no.2111, area 0.0360 located in Village- Gajpur Grint Pure Hata, Tehsil- Utaraula, District- Balrmpur expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this HOn'ble Court in the interest of justice;" 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid interim application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
