The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party No.2 to issue the Arm license to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by Learned Commissioner, Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya in Case No.01928/2017 (computerized Case No.C201704000001928) Vijay Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P., in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023 (contained as Annexure No.2) in compliance of the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by Learned Commissioner, Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya.
