Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(i)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned decision, if any, Respondent No.2 to subject the petitioners under the New Pension Scheme envisaged under Notification dated 28.03.2005, after summoning the same from Respondent No.2. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to give option to the Petitioners for the Old Pension Scheme which is prevalent prior to 01.04.2005, as per government order dated 28.06.2024 and do the needful and make suitable adjustments of the funds of Petitioners." 3. It has been submitted petitioners' case is covered by Government Order dated 28.06.2024. 4. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners' earlier representation have not yet been decided. 5. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Directorate of Child Development Services and Nutrition, Uttar Pradesh, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow who shall consider and decide in the light of Government Order dated 28.06.2025 in case the same is applicable within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh individual representation. In case earlier representations have not yet been decided. 6. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
