In pursuance of the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing compliance of the order passed by this Court and payment of salary to the applicant till February, 2025. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite party are discharged. It is clarified that in case, there is any future non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, the applicant shall be at liberty to either file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
