This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Duliajan Page No.# 2/2 P.S. Case No. 102/2025 under Section 305 of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Duliajan P.S. Case No. 102/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 100/2025 dated 31.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum seeking regular bail in said Duliajan P.S. Case No. 102/2025 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 22.07.2025 in said Duliajan P.S. Case No. 102/2025 shall remain in force for the next 15 (fifteen) days. 6. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
