The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To direct the opposite party No. 3 i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad Tanda, District-Ambedkarnagar to decide the mutation application, "Lalji Seth Vs. Gopalji Seth" relating to House No. 2186 measuring area about 19 Biswansi, 1 Kanchwansi, 14 Anwansi situated at Mohalla Hayatganj, Nagar Palika Parishad Tanda, Tehsil- Tanda, District- Ambedkar nagar, expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.3 to decide the aforesaid mutation application expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
