Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred under office order dated 13.05.2025 from GPS Silwin e/b Jhandutta to GPS Jhabola, e/b Jhandutta. She joined pursuant to the office order dated 13.05.2025. Her grievance is to the office order dated 16.05.2025, withdrawing the aforesaid transfer order. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 16.05.2025. (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3/Competent Authority for reviewing office order dated 16.05.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.3/Competent Authority is directed to decide the aforesaid representation in a time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection for the same. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
