Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by respondent no.1. 3. The main bone of contention as argued by counsel for the petitioners is that at the instance of the respondents, some meetings were allegedly held in which after the death of the two out of nine members, three members have been inducted. According to the counsel for the petitioners, the order impugned is bad in law inasmuch as it exercises the power under Section 25(2) of the Societies Registration Act, which is an improper exercise of power. 4. It is further argued that factual aspects with regard to induction of the members in the alleged meeting has not been gone into properly. 5. Reliance is placed upon an affidavit filed by one of the members to the effect that she was not even present in the alleged meeting. 6. Irrespective of the dispute, both the parties agree that initially there were nine members of the society as is disclosed at Page 130 of 2 the paper book. Out of the said nine members, two members namely Shri Narendra Bahadur Singh and Shri Chandrabhan Singh have died. 7. Both the parties agree that the fresh elections as have been directed by means of the impugned order should be done from the electoral college of seven remaining members out of the list. 8.
