By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has prayed for issuance of a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Faizabad to accept same set of sureties as have been furnished in furtherance of first bail order granted in respect of Case Crime No.450 of 2020, under Sections 420, 419, 406, 506, 467, 468 I.P.C. Police Station Purakalandar, District Ayodhya in respect of added Sections 409, 471 and 120-B I.P.C. also in the same Case Crime No.450 of 2020 as the applicant has been granted bail in the same case crime number in respect of two sets of offences by two bail orders. 3. Keeping in view the mandate of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018), it is provided that the applicant shall be released on bail in all the offences in the aforesaid case crime number on furnishing a single personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of court concerned. 4.
