The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "to direct the Collector/District Magistrate, Unnao, opposite party no.3 to refund the excess amount of Rs. 2,90,000/- deposited under Section 47-A of Indian Stamp Act by the petitioner." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already moved an application for refund of the excess deposit made, which is pending before the respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
