Pursuant to interim order passed in favour of the petitioner on 22.05.2025, he is presently continuing at Government Senior Secondary School Kandwal, District Kangra. 3. Respondent No.3 has filed the reply. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Learned Assistant Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1 & 2 has also placed on record office instructions dated 08.07.2025. 4. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner intends to represent to the respondents. 5. Granting such permission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 22.05.2025 is vacated. Respondent No.3 shall be permitted to join at Government Senior Secondary School Kandwal, District Kangra forthwith. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
