The matter has been mutually settled between the parties at a fixed amount of Rs. 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) out of which Rs.3,96,700/- has been deposited before the Registry and also withdrawn. Accordingly, the remaining amount of Rs.5,03,300/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Three Thousand Three Hundred only) shall be deposited by the Insurance Page No.# 3/3 Company before the Registry of this Court within a period of 30 (thirty) days. Statutory deposit, if any, will be refunded. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of. The respondents/claimants have appeared through video conferencing from Cachar. Return the TCR, thereafter.
