By this petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India petitioner seeks direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide applications dated 24.01.2023 and 21.02.2023, by which the petitioner sought registration of First Information Report against one Shaikh Salim Paigambar. He claims that Shaikh Salim teased his daughter Mrs. Banu, who thereafter committed suicide by setting herself on fire. 2. Learned APP has placed on record copies of investigation papers, which contain dying declaration of Mrs. Banu dated 31.12.2017, wherein she has categorically stated that because of the blast of the stove she received burn injuries. Even the petitioner’s statement is recorded on 31.12.2017, wherein he has also stated that while Banu was preparing tea on the stove, because of the blast of the stove she received burn injuries. komal kamble 1/2 2025:BHC-AUG:27574-DB 26 CR WP 521 2023 3. Taking into consideration these aspects, there is no merit in the contention of the petitioner that Banu committed suicide due to teasing of Shaikh Salim. 4.
