Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15th June, 2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from district Pratapgarh to district Chitrakoot. It has been submitted that impugned order has been passed ignoring condition indicated in paragraph 5(v) of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 whereby petitioner having less than 2 years to superannuate is required to be posted in terms of aforesaid provision. Since petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects clearly with regard to petitioner's home district, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Bal Vikas Sewa and Pushtahar, Lucknow, U.P. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in terms of paragraph 5(v) of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
