Central Bureau of Investigation and Others, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. In view of above, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid. It is needless to say that in case the appellant appears before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today and claims the benefit of the judgment passed in Satendra Kumar Antill Vs.
