Similarly, the father of the appellant had approached this Court by way of W.P.No.14334 of 2016, with the same complaint, in relation to Ac.1.18 cents of land, in Sy.No.547/B situated at Bukkapuram Village, Mahanandi Mandal, Kurnool District. r The respondents therein had taken the plea that they had not received any representation or application from either the appellant or the father of the appellant for the assignment of land and the same had not been contradicted by either the appellant or his father. 2. Learned Single Judge disposed of both the Writ Petitions by way of separate Orders on 14.02.2025. The Learned Single Judge, after observing that neither the appellant nor his father had denied or disputed the averments, in the counter affidavits filed by the revenue authorities, had disposed of the Writ Petitions with a direction to the authorities to consider the cases of the appellant and his father. 3. The Order passed by the Learned Single Judge, in W.P.No.14334 of 2016 was not appealed against. Hence, the said Order becomes final against both sides. 4. 5. However, the appellant herein filed the present Writ Appeal against the Order of the Learned Single Judge, in W.P.No. 14345 of 2016. In view of the fact that the Order, in W.P.No.14334 of 2016 had become final, it would be appropriate to dispose of this Writ Appeal with a direction to the respondents to implement the Order of the Learned Single. For this purpose, it would be open to the appellant to make a fresh application for grant of assignment of land and the same would be considered by the 6. 4 respondents, in accordance with law and subject to any prior claims or grant of the patta in relation to such lands. 7. Needless to say, any consideration of such application would be a notice and after hearing of the 5‘^ respondent. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
