Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to issue appointment letter to petitioner for the post of Staff Nurse (Ayurvedic). Further prayer has been made for consideration of petitioner's case for appointment on the said post in light of judgment and order dated 07.01.2020 rendered in Writ Petition No.33476 (S/S) of 2019 (Bhawna Mishra v. State of U.P. and others.). 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Special Appeal No.317 of 2021 and other connected matters filed against aforesaid judgment have already been dismissed. 4. Learned State counsel has not been provided any instructions in the matter. 5. In view thereof, opposite party no.1, i.e. Principal Secretary, (Medical and Health), Civil Secretariat U.P., Lucknow is directed to take a decision with regard to petitioner's application seeking relief as indicated herein above in the light of the judgment and order passed in Bhawna Mishra(supra), in case the same is applicable. Final decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with copy of judgment in Bhawna Mishra(supra) is produced before the authority concerned. 6.
