From pleading, it appears that one Renu Devi has already been selected on the said post but neither has her appointment been challenged nor has she been made a party to the petition. 4. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh with the correct prayer and pleadings.
