The award in favour of the petitioners was rendered by the Prescribed Authority, Payment of Wages Act and Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pratapgarh (opposite party no.2) on 28.12.2024 (Annexure no.2) which according to them has attained finality. Pursuant to the award, a recovery certificate has also came to be issued on 27.02.2025 (Annexure no.4). The Additional District Magistrate (Land Revenue) has failed to execute the recovery certificate and realize the amount due till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that steps for expeditious realization of the amount is being taken, the instructions are taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the Additional District Magistrate, (Land Revenue) Pratapgarh is hereby directed to realize the amount payable to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and remit the same to the prescribed authority, if there is no legal impediment, so that the same is released in favour of the petitioners, at the earliest. 5. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
