The allegation is that the opposite party no. 6, in spite of petitioners having a valid license to run the meat shop, is creating hindrances rather he is not permitting the petitioners to run the shop. Let the petitioners approach the opposite party no. 5 who shall get the matter enquired, and if he finds that there is any case for stopping the petitioners from running the meat shop, then information in this regard would be given to the petitioners with reference to the relevant provisions of law under which this could be done by the opposite party no. 6 or any other authority of the Nagar Nigam, otherwise i.e. if there is no such cause nor any provision under which this could be done, he shall ensure that unnecessary and illegal interference or hindrance is not created by any authority of the Nagar Nigam in the running of the shop. Of course, the validity of the license would also be verified before taking any such decision. Let the said exercise be completed within a period of three weeks. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
