This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "I) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite No.3 (Investigating Officer) to carry out fair and proper investigation in F.I.R. No.- 0085 of 2025 registered at Police Station- Patranga, District- Ayodhya, under Section- 87 BNS and recover the wife of the Petitioner and arrest the accused namely Opposite Party No.-04 by sending chargesheet under Section-87, 309 BNS." 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court written instructions sent by Sri Dharmendra Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station- Patranga, District- Ayodhya wherein it has been stated that during the course of investigation no credible evidence could be found, and therefore, Final Report No.15 of 2025 dated 18.05.2025 has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority. 4. The written instructions are perused and returned to the learned A.G.A. for the State. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court.
