A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 332, 323, 427 and 506 r/w 34 of the IPC. The brief facts of the case are that on 15.03.2024 the defacto complainant and his staff reached Al’s house to cause enquiry in Crime No.70 of 2024 of Airport P.S., notice the accused and trying to enquire him at his house SC Colony, Narsipatnam by that time the accused with the support of other accused i.e., the petitioner/A2 and A3 to A5, assaulted them while discharging their duties and also threatened them with dire consequences and since then made rigorous efforts to apprehend him, while the matter is stood thus, the Narsipatnam Police Station was arrested marginally noted A2 in Crime No. 17 of 2025 on 30.01.2025 and sent him for remand at present and on PT warrant produced in this case in Crime No.87 of 2024. 3. 4.
