Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's claim for transfer from an aspirational district (general district) ignoring the time line provided by the transfer policy dated 20.05.2025 issued by the State Government. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Director, Secondary Education, U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of three weeks from receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
