The petitioner seeks the money deposited in the bank account of Late Chandi Prasad Verma, S/O Bhagwati Prasad. He is not a joint account holder nor is he related to the deceased account holder. He claims rights based on a will, allegedly excecuted by the account holder. Learned Counsel for the Bank says that the petitioner is not recorded as a nominee. These are not matters to be adjudicated by the Writ Court. The petitioner may avail other remedies. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
