Heard Sri K. Indraneel Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri J. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Santhi Chandra, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 3 & 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 1st and 2nd petitioners jointly owned a plot bearing No.32 at APIE, Tenali. The subject land was sold by APIIC for market value, to establish Saw Mill. By efflux of time and due to non-viability, the petitioners 1 and 2 suffered losses. The 1st

and 2nd petitioners leased out the subject land to the 3rd petitioner, for establishment of fuel filling station. The 3rd petitioner secured all the permissions and constructed an outlet. The 3rd petitioner made an application dated 07.10.2024 to APIIC seeking conversion from industrial use to commercial use. Pending the said application, respondent No.4 is trying to interfere with the petitioners’ possession of the property. 3. Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel, on instructions would submit that the 3rd petitioner made an application seeking conversion of land from industrial use to commercial use on 07.10.2024 to respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 in turn, submitted the same to the Head Office on 14.11.2024 and the same is pending consideration. Learned counsel would also submit that the authorities will follow the due process of law. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, and since there is no dispute regarding the pendency of the application filed by the 3rd petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondents 3 & 4 not to interfere with the petitioners possession of the property, without following the due process of law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
